I’ve spent years in Notting Hill, quietly studying the intricate dance of great service—the subtle cues, the unspoken expectations, the delicate balance between attentiveness and overstepping. I know when to anticipate a need before it’s voiced, how genuine care can shift service from transactional to transformational, and that the type of glass a guest drinks from is as important as the cocktail itself. It’s these quiet details that define the guest experience—building trust, loyalty, and the kind of relationships that last long after the service ends.
